Introduction

In an era where global connectivity and the exchange of knowledge are more crucial than ever, it is our collective aspiration to foster a vibrant international education hub that champions this globalization of knowledge.

With this goal in mind, the Hong Kong Association for External Friendship is proudly organising the Global University Presidents & Leaders Summit, supported by University Grants Committee and nine universities in Hong Kong, namely The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Lingnan University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Education University of Hong Kong, and The Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

This landmark event will take place on 2-3 December 2024, with over 50 globally renowned university presidents and leaders participating in this significant gathering in Hong Kong.
